While it is a rare occurrence it's possible the Glass or Gold Brass Cooling Ring detaches from the end of the tube.

This end piece can be easily attached with 5-minute Epoxy or Gold Label Superglue which can be found on your local hardware store or Amazon, it would be important to only use a small amount just on the inner inside rim and secure it to the aperture of the tube and not to get any on the middle of the optic as this would not allow the tube to fire correctly.

If you do not feel comfortable with performing this task please reach out to support below with the requested information. We will need the Serial Number listed on a white sticker on the tube or in some cases will be embossed on the terminal ring inside of the tube.
