The Muse 3D uses an Intel Realsense D435 3d camera. It works over a standard usb c cable. Unplug the cable at the camera and run a cable to a laptop pc. Install the drivers from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27799/Intel-RealSense-D400-Series-Universal-Windows-Platform-UWP-Driver-for-Windows-10
Check that the camera works on your pc and then there is nothing wrong with the camera. This verifies the camera is fully operational. Check the cable that goes from the camera to the CPU board inside the laser - usually it is just a loose connection. Do a factory reset and the camera should be functional again.
