We have observed Chrome v119 will have some graphical anomalies within RE3. Chrome V118 does not have this problem and the new Chrome v120 beta doesn't either.
Firefox and safari are also fine. Check your version with top right 3 dots + Help/About.
Fixes in order of preference:
-Upgrade to Chrome v120 beta by going to https://www.google.com/chrome/beta/
-Use a non Chrome based browser such as FireFox or Apple Safari
-Disable hardware acceleration on Chrome v119 by typing chrome://settings/?search=hardware into the bar and sliding the slider over
-Downgrade to v118 or prior of Chrome or don't upgrade

- Safari
