Retina Engrave 3D Updated August 14, 2023
Back to Topic Submit a Ticket

WARNING for 4th GEN/MLE-40 Customers - If you follow these instructions you will be required to activate your laser again after doing so.

On rare occasions you might be required to do a full reinstall of the software.  The most common need for this is when an activated laser will not run any jobs.

We have crated a .bat batch file which you can download and run which will perform the below steps automatically but if you like to do it manually they are below.

Uninstall Instructions

• Use File Explorer to navigate to C:\Users\INSERTUSERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local and once inside the folder delete the "Full_Spectrum_Laser_LLC" folder.

• Next navigate to the C:\ and delete the output folder (C:\Output) from this location.

Once all old configuration files are deleted use the windows control panel to uninstall the RetinaEngrave3D application.
