Gantry/Laser Head is "Grinding" during homing process (Muse and Hobby).

Muse and Hobby Lasers

If your laser head is grinding during the homing process you'll want to first check to see if the tube cover of your laser needs to be reseated. Please see the attached file labeled "Reseating The Tube Cover".

If the grinding continues even after reseating the tube cover go ahead and remove it once more and proceed with following the instructions for squaring your gantry inside your machine. Please see the attached file "Muse & 5S X Gantry Alignment" for written details or the video below.
