RE5 Gantry Offline Server

RetinaEngrave 5 — without an internet connection. A small dedicated compute appliance that runs the RE5 software stack locally and talks to your FSL gantry laser(s) over your own network. Designed for air-gapped shops, classified environments, and high-security production lines that can't have outbound internet access.

Hardware

• FSL-flashed RE5 firmware preconfigured for offline operation

What it does

The Offline Server is the brains of the RE5 compute pipeline running on-premises. Your FSL gantry machines talk to it across the LAN to plan, calibrate, align, and process jobs — no internet round-trips, no cloud dependency.

• The browser-based RE5 interface (served from the appliance)
• Whole Lens Correction & fiducial alignment
• Camera-Based LiDAR autofocus
• Stitched head-mounted and overview camera workflows
• RE5 design + import (DXF, SVG, raster) and the ReCAD parametric CAD module
• Job scheduling, multi-machine queueing across your shop floor

Licensing

• One Offline Server replaces the per-laser RE5 software subscription.
• One Offline Server can serve multiple FSL gantry lasers across your shop — no additional subscription per machine.
• Each machine still needs to be RE5-flashed (purchase the RE5 Upgrade separately if you're coming from RE3).
