- Whole Lens Correction (WLC) Technology — Edge-to-edge, pixel-accurate workspace capture using an external overview camera with FSL’s 256-point WLC calibration (vs. standard 4-point homography).
- FSL ZCam 3D Scan Technology — Built-in 0.1 mm accuracy depth scanning for click-to-autofocus anywhere in the field.
- Coaxial Camera with WLC (Optional) — Through-the-lens system using a dichroic mirror, captures 196 stitched images with WLC for ~10× higher effective resolution than standard overview. Shows exactly what the laser sees.

3D Scan-Mark with FSL ZCam Autofocus
FSL ZCam 3D Scan Technology maps millions of depth points to create a live 3D workspace. It enables simultaneous engraving across multiple objects of varying heights and supports automatic click-to-autofocus anywhere in the field. Using the ZCam depth map, objects outside a typical field of view are split and marked with synchronized Z motion for consistent results.

Explore SYNCRO RotaryDual Coaxial Camera with Liquid Lens
Varioptic liquid lens with a dichroic mirror and high-speed camera enables precise through-lens viewing, while a second camera provides a large overview. The coaxial camera places the laser spot repeatably within ~2 µm, delivering ultimate real-world-to-laser calibration.
Motorized Linear Extension Rail Options
Available in 500 mm and 1000 mm lengths; mounts to the bed and slides under the galvo. Two modes:
- Repeat Job — Automatically make many copies in production.
- Continuous Engraving — Scan a single galvo line (Y) while the rail synchronously shifts for up to 300 mm × 500 mm (12" × 20") continuous jobs with no line breaks.
