F.A.Q.'s
Below we attempt to answer some of the most frequently asked questions about lasers and how they work
Q: What does Full Spectrum Laser do?/strong>
A: We produce and sell several types of laser systems for cutting and engraving. We are probably most widely known for our highly affordable line of CO2 lasers including the widely popular “Hobby Laser”. But we also sell more expensive lasers like large format CO2 lasers and fiber laser for marking metal directly. We also consult and we can produce custom systems to fit your needs.
Q: Where is Full Spectrum Laser located?
A: We are located in sunny Las Vegas, Nevada. Everyone is welcome to stop by and see a demo of our lasers first hand next time you are in town.
A: We offer the most functional and best supported lasers in the price range. When you go with FSL you get a quality machine tested and shipped from the US and backed by US support from our team of engineers right here in Nevada. A: CO2 lasers are able to cut and engrave on most non-metallic materials. Metal can also be marked if it is color anodized or if it is first coated with Thermark. Our CO2 lasers emit the same wavelength as any other CO2 laser so if you know that your job can be done with any CO2 laser it should be able to be done with ours as well. A: Standard shipping within the continental US typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping depends where you are. We normally stock all models here in Las Vegas or in our warehouse in Los Angeles. Give us a call or email us for current availability. 1 (702) 447-0954 or sales@fslaser.com A: We sell directly worldwide. We have shipped lasers to every continent and have thousands of satisfied customers world wide. A: For the hobby laser you can complete your order online through our website with any major credit card. For the larger machines or special orders email us or give us a call for availability and payment options. A: Email us a picture and describe what’s wrong in an email to support@fslaser.com and we will work with you to fix the problem immediately. A: We have worked to make our lasers super easy to use. We also have created youtube videos to show you how easily it is done. You can see all our videos at youtube.com/user/FullSpectrumLasers A: Yes, except for a bucket of water. The hobby laser and most of our CO2 lasers are liquid cooled. We provide you with a water pump and you must provide a bucket of water to serve as the heat sink. We also have optional water chillers at additional cost that would take the place of the pump and bucket method. Didn't find the answer to your question? Email us or give us a call at 702-447-0954.
