HOW DO I UPDATE MY ORDER?

You can update your account by loggin into your Full Spectrum Laser account. Please be sure to update your account information if any changes should occur in your address, email etc. This will allow us to better serve you and to ensure that you will receive our newsletter on latest events and specials.


HOW DO I RESET OR CHANGE MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD?

Sign in to your Full Spectrum Laser account and click reset password from your account’s page. However, if you forgot your password, or if you think that your account had been compromised, you can reset your password from the login page and an email with the link to reset your password will be sent to you for verification.


HOW DO I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?

You need to submit a written note with an accompanied proof that the account is yours so we can cancel or deactivate the account for you.
